And then I spoiled the whole thing by losing my keys.

Last week I informed Hub he would have to take me to work this morning.

Today we got to share the early morning commute. It was a joy and had a detour. Apparently it’s quicker to travel further and go out of your way than to sit in traffic going nowhere. The things you learn.

I have a rather pathetic joy of attending meetings. It’s a sure sign to everyone I don’t have to go to many. Get all dressed up, carry your good and and pretend to belong to the corporate world. Show yourself up by actually speaking to people in the walkways instead of marching at top speed to the next important task.

Not my actual keys. I might actually remember them if they were this pretty. And big.

It’s such a shame I had to spoil it all afterwards by ringing from home to ask if they had found my keys. Now they have it confirmed. I’m the person too dull to remember what they did first thing in the morning. I bet they all know where their keys are.

It’s quite taken the shine off my day.

I’m never going to hear the end of this. Especially next week when we have to repeat the journey for a training course.

Janet Isserlis - too dull? I think not? too bright by far to be troubled by a trifling piffle like keys.
really.

minions should be in charge of looking after keys.

Penbleth - Janet, you are quite correct. I need minions. Someone needs to get on that straight away.
